Color Therapy
All things manifest in the Universe have vibrations-energy. Each cell, organ, muscle and bone in the human body vibrates to a set frequency. Changes in vibration cause stress on the body, eventually leading to dis-ease. Each Color of the spectrum has its own vibration. By using Color we can maintain or alter the vibrations of the body to a frequency, which induces health, well-being and harmony.
Each level of Color therapy receives a Certificate. Level III certification indicates Successful Completion of the Program.

Creativity and Expression I
One-day course introduces psychological/physiological effects of color, analysis of personal color preference through various interpretations, and color meditation.
The emphasis is on personal growth, and having fun! Although this stands alone as a workshop, you may wish to continue studying, leading to certification in Color Therapy.

Creativity and Expression II
This one-day course plus homework assignment builds on the information of Level One, exploring further relationship to Color through meditation and painting. The healing approach through mandala is introduced for exploration.
The emphasis is on personal growth, and having fun. You may wish to continue studying, leading to certification in Color Therapy.

Creativity and Expression III Color Therapy Certificate
This one-day course plus three case study reports builds on the information and skills learnt from Levels One and Two. The student takes the information and begins exploring working with others through Color, using chakra information and the personalized mandala exploration begun in Level Two.
This course is designed for students wishing to utilize color therapy as professionals.

How long has Color Therapy been around?
As a therapy, color has been used consciously since the 1930's, with the most explorative work being performed by Darius Dinshaw. However, we use color to express our feelings constantly, and to alter them as a natural intuitive process.
