Mushy Muscles

2 cups salt or salt blend
8 drops peppermint essential oil
3 drops marjoram
2 drops Roman chamomile
10 drops lavender

Put salt into a ziplock bag or glass jar or bowl. Add oils, shake or stir. Fill bath with warm to hot water. Add salt and oils and swoosh around to mix. Get into bath and soak for 15 to 20 minutes. Towel dry briskly and wrap in warm clothing or a robe. Enjoy!
