Maintaining your health and wellness has never been as important as it is today.
Health is wealth. Truly. It’s the most important thing. Think about this. If you’ve all the money in the world, but you feel like crap, how happy are you? What is money worth?
In the US we are seeing soaring insurance costs.
In Canada and the UK the waiting time for medical intervention has become ridiculous.
May of us have lost faith in our traditional western medicine system. We are handed prescriptions for medication after medication.
It is now time to start caring for your own health and wellness, and for the health and wellness of your family.
What are you doing for your health?
Body. Mind. Emotions. Spirit. Each a part of your health and wellness. Take a moment, right here and now, to think about your health.
Then do something. Anything. Even a little something that makes you feel like you are taking care of you.
Drink an extra glass of water. Some stretches as you go about your day. Pausing to take a few deep breaths. Take a moment now to look around you.
How about giving thanks before you eat. Find a moment to hug a loved one or a pet.
So, what are you doing for your health today?
I don’t promote holistic health as the only way to heal. I believe in Complementary Therapies. That we are entitled to choose.
And we have the right to change our minds. All healing modalities are a complement to each other.
However, our basic health rights are being eroded. And the first line of allopathic medicine isn’t necessarily where we need to begin a health regime.
I believe in the power of Energy Medicine. In education and self accountability. I’ve helped thousands over the years. My intent to make the world a better place.
