Jacqueline’s Simple Muscle Relaxant Massage Blend Recipe
250 ml carrier oil (sweet almond is Jacqueline’s preferred oil, but Emma enjoys grapeseed)
8 drops lavender (Lavendula angustifolia)
8 drops marjoram (Origanum majorana)
6 drops thyme (Thymus vulgaris)
4 drops German chamomile (Matricaria chamomilla)
This simple blend made with essential oils that won’t break the bank (you can always leave out the chamomile and add a couple of extra drops of marjoram instead) will leave you feeling relaxed and comfortable after a massage. Also works in the bath, but try it in Epsom salts instead of carrier oil to pull out those toxins and help the body come back to balance.
