Looking for the best Reflexology training in the Ottawa Valley area?
Jacqueline Fairbrass SchoolofCT’s Reflexology Ottawa is for you!
Are you wondering about Reflexology? Curious? But finding it difficult to understand the how’s, what’s and who’s. Then you’re in the right place. SchoolofCT has got the answers to all your questions.
To start with, the healing art of Reflexology is so much more than just a foot massage. Reflexology is actually a pressure technique. A Reflexologist uses specific hand and finger movements to work the feet. As well as massaging the feet. This in turn, relaxes the body. Tension is released, circulation improved, and the body comes back to normal.
You see, Reflexologists see the body as a series of interconnected highways. During reflexology sessions, pressure is applied to clearly defined points all over the feet. We call these reflexes or pressure points. These pressure points communicate with organs and body systems. Remember using a tin-can phone? It works in the same way, stimulating the organs and body systems to help improve functioning.
And the result is: improved circulation, relaxation and feeling less stress. Our body, mind and emotions shift to rest. And when we rest, we repair. It’s how the body works. Pretty cool, don’t you think?
So, what about learning how?
Now is the best time to learn. Whether you want to learn Reflexology to become a Professional Reflexologist or to help your family become more happy + healthy. (Keep reading as there’s more info down the page about why it’s the best time.)

What NHL player Derick Brassard has to say about Wendy Greene and Foot Reflexology:
Here’s what Wendy’s students say:
I just wanted to take a minute to let you know how much I enjoyed my course! Wendy is a fantastic teacher! She is kind and funny, patient and VERY knowledgeable. She made sure we knew the content inside and out and that we were confident during our last class. Wendy made sure that we knew what each technique felt like and made corrections often to make sure we were doing it right.I am about 1/3 of the way through my case studies and I am quickly building a clientele. And I accredit a lot of that to SchoolofCT’s Reflexology Ottawa. Wendy gave me the confidence to jump into this with both feet knowing that I had been trained well.I get such positive feedback after sessions and people are SO impressed! She is a real gem and I am thankful to have had her as our instructor 🙂
Just wanted to pass on to you that Wendy is a wonderful teacher and I feel blessed to have been taught by her. After today I will be ready for my written exam. Could you please send it to me as soon as possible. I’m excited to complete.

Cecile, Holistic Foot Reflexology Ottawa Student Feb 2013
I came expecting to learn how to do reflexology treatment (that’s all). I got a whole bunch more, like anatomy of the body, different things that reflexology can help (i.e. MS). Professionalism, how to start a business and how to keep it successful. I am now different because I feel that I am more in tune with not only other people’s bodies but also mine. I have learned so much valuable stuff to take along with me during my future career in Reflexology.
